Police looking to trace speeding driver in Fife
COWDENBEATH police have appealed for help in finding the driver of a car who was speeding through a Fife village on Saturday. Officers are looking to find the driver of a black VW Golf travelling 'at high speed' through Kelty around midday on Saturday. A statement from Police Scotland added: "We're appealing for CCTV in the Oakfield Street, Station Road and Seafar Drive area which could help ID the driver."
