Cowdenbeath and Kelty Hearts have discovered their opponents in the opening phase of this season's KDM Evolution Trophy.
The draw for the league phase of the competition, formerly known as the Challenge Cup, has taken place ahead of its kick off next month.
A total of 40 clubs will participate in the first stage of the tournament, which includes the 10 clubs in both SPFL League One and League Two, 10 SPFL Premiership 'B' teams, and 10 guest sides from the Lowland League East and West, and Highland League.
The Blue Brazil, who will play in the upcoming season's Lowland League East, accepted an invitation to play, alongside Banks o'Dee, Berwick Rangers, Bonnyrigg Rose, Clachnacuddin, Clydebank, Cumbernauld Colts, Formartine United, Fraserburgh, and Gala Fairydean Rovers.
Paul McLean's team have been drawn to play Edinburgh City, East Kilbride, Kilmarnock 'B', Hamilton Academical, Clyde, and Celtic 'B'.
Meanwhile Kelty, who will play in League Two this term following their relegation last season, will take on Motherwell 'B', Clydebank, Cumbernauld Colts, Heart of Midlothian 'B', Montrose, and East Kilbride.
The competition was revamped last season, and saw 30 clubs participate in an inaugural league phase, in its opening stage.
That consisted of the 10 clubs in both League One and League Two, as well as 10 Premiership 'B' teams, with the top 22 of those qualifying for the first knockout round, at which point Championship sides entered the fray.
The top 22 will still progress to the round of 32 this time around, where the incoming Championship sides will be seeded, as will the first six clubs in the league phase.
For the league phase, the clubs participating were split into four pots by division, and were drawn to play two different opponents from each other pot, giving them a total of six matches.
Aside from the Premiership 'B' teams, who will play all of their games away from home, both Cowden and Kelty have a mix of ties both on their own patch and on the road.
The Blue Brazil will open their campaign away to League Two Edinburgh on Tuesday August 11, before hosting League One champions East Kilbride a fortnight later.
Kilmarnock 'B' visit Central Park on Tuesday September 8, before Cowden go to Hamilton on Wednesday September 23.
Clyde then travel to the Kingdom three days later, before a home game with Celtic 'B', on Tuesday October 13, concludes their league fixtures.
Tam O'Ware's Kelty, meanwhile, open against Motherwell 'B' at New Central Park on August 11, before welcoming the Bankies two weeks after.
They'll go to Broadwood to play Cumbernauld on September 8, host Hearts 'B' a fortnight later, and then play Montrose at home four days later, on Saturday September 26.
The Maroon Machine will then round off their schedule with an away match at East Kilbride on October 13.
Last season, Kelty finished 14th in the table to reach the last 32, where they were knocked out by Championship Arbroath.
Cowden, meanwhile, were last involved in the competition in the 2024/25 season, where they narrowly lost to Greenock Morton in the third round, after wins over Kilmarnock 'B' and Albion Rovers.
Youngsters from the age of 15 will continue to be eligible to play in the competition, which will see more than £1.3 million in prize money shared out, with the winners banking £150,000.
The round of 32 is scheduled for November 3-4, and the final for either March 27-28, or April 3-4.
Kick off times for the midweek matches are scheduled for 7.45pm, with the Saturday fixtures kicking off at 3pm.
