Kelty Hearts will begin preparations for their bid to try and bounce back to Scottish football's third tier this week.
Tam O'Ware's side will return from their summer break on Thursday to start pre-season, seven days before next season's league fixtures are published.
The Maroon Machine were relegated from League One, after four seasons, last term after finishing bottom of the table.
They'll discover their schedule of games in League Two, which they won at the first attempt, after promotion from the Lowland League, in 2022 next Thursday, when the SPFL releases the fixture list.
Kelty will kick off their league campaign on August 1, whilst their first competitive game, at Queen of the South in the Premier Sports Cup, takes place 30 days after their return to training.
O'Ware's team went down having registered only six wins from 36 League One games in a season that saw his squad hit with injuries to several key players.
He's brought in five fresh faces so far, in the shape of Ryan Shanley, Finn Moffett, Callum Hannah, Jamie Smith and Connor McManus, but Luke McCarvel, Kyle Gourlay and Brody Paterson have left.
"It's done now," O'Ware said of last season.
"We need to take our medicine and get our full focus into planning for next year, getting things in the window, and coming back as positive as we can."
"The second half of the season was more like what I wanted.
"We had a bigger squad, but, again, we've played without a striker since January which, if you watched a lot of the games, was a big part of the downfall.
"So, coming into the summer, we need to, again, when we speak about the squad, we need to make sure that we've got, which we did have last year, we had people in positions, but we just need to try and keep everybody fit.
"Hopefully it's a positive season."
