THE weekly Blue Brazil Lottery draw took place on Friday at The Cross Guns, Cowdenbeath when the required numbers were 1, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 14.
The jackpot of £6,800 was won by Margaret Fairley (Toys Sweets & Summ’n 2 Eat) and so this week’s jackpot will start again at £500 with the the next draw taking place at Partners, Cowdenbeath, on Friday at 12pm.
Every month each person who has a line with none of that week’s winning numbers will be entered into a draw at the end of the month when the lucky winner will receive £100.
Thus everyone has a second chance to be a winner!
This week George Gibb, Chris Stubbs, Andrew Higgins, Hayley Dunster, Robert Atkinson, Robin Howat, Laura Russell, Andrea Clements, Mary Kippen, Jim Duncan, Nigel Garbett and Amana Donaldson (Online) along with Franco Joe’s (Joe’s Food Bar), G Tanner (The New Woodside Hotel), R (The Cross Guns), Gordon Mason (The Glen Tavern), Jenna Wishart (Wee Jimmies), Sharon (Toys Sweets & Summ’n 2 Eat), Jimmy (The Beath Inn), Billy Maxwell and Stewart Borthwick (John Cameron) along with Amy Howie (Alex Haddow) secured a place in the hat for the May booby prize draw which will take place in early June.
The £100 April booby winner was Julie (Toys Sweets & Summ’n 2 Eat).
