Crossgates Primrose are gearing up for a fresh promotion bid.
Despite a strong start last season, a series of disappointing results saw the team finish fifth, missing out on the top three promotion spots in the East of Scotland First Division.
Now, manager Alan Campbell is assembling a squad to challenge for promotion in the 2025-26 season.
The club has secured striker Scott Hynd on a two-year deal.
Hynd, who was the club's top scorer after a standout performance in the latter part of the season, will remain at Humbug Park.
Defender Charlie Murray, who impressed during his loan spell last season, has joined the team permanently, strengthening the Primrose defence.
Goalkeeper Jack Foster, a former club member, has also signed up and will be in the running for the number one spot.
Fife sides Thornton Hibs, Kirkcaldy and Dysart, and Lochore Welfare will provide tough challenges, promising a series of thrilling Fife derbies next season.
Relegated sides Edinburgh University, Luncarty and Tynecastle are also eager for a swift return to the top division.
Edinburgh South, who ended last season strongly, could also pose a challenge.
Crossgates will have to overcome these hurdles if they are to taste Premier League action again.
