COWDENBEATH boss Gary Bollan was delighted to fix up skipper Kyle Miller and veteran 'keeper Dave McGurn for the new season.

Of course there recently was a real Miller Milestone, as Kyle who made his debut in 2010, became one of a very select band of Cowdenbeath FC players to make over 200 league appearances for the club.

Kyle has made 209 league appearances for the Blue Brazil – thus he only has 214 games to go to overhaul goalie legend Raymie Allan’s tally!

Meanwhile the manager has also fixed up McGurn for his fourth campaign with the Blues.

The 38 year-old has been persuaded to keep on going having racked up 89 appearances for Cowdenbeath.

However, Mr Bollan is still hoping to fix up a couple more of last season's squad and then turn his attention to bringing in new faces which he hopes can make Cowden a force to be reckoned with next season.

And joining Cowdenbeath in League 2 next term will be Cove Rangers, who the Blues saw off in last season's Play-off final. They beat Berwick Rangers who drop out of the SPFL structure for the first time in their history.
