VETERAN Cowdenbeath 'keeper Dave McGurn was deservedly man of the match against Queen's Park.
Dave, who was the choice of match sponsors AIC Joinery, has been out of the plans since Aaron Lennox arrived at Central Park from Partick Thistle but put up the shutters against Queen's.
The 38 year-old pulled off a series of very good saves as the Spiders started the game well and his work ensured that the home team were in shape to earn a draw.
Dave missed the re-arranged game with Albion Rovers last Tuesday through a family bereavement but is hoping he is able to keep his number one spot for the remainder of the season.
