ONE player in and one out has been Cowdenbeath FC's story as the closure of the transfer window approaches.

The club can now confirm the completion of the loan signing of goalkeeper Aaron Lennox from Partick Thistle.

Aaron now joins the Blue Brazil until the end of the current season.

Aged 25, Aaron hails from Australia and has been with various clubs in his career to date including Queens Park Rangers, Maidenhead United, Concord Rangers, Aberdeen and Raith Rovers.

Aaron has also represented Australia at under-20 and under-23 level.

Cowdenbeath can confirm that skipper David Marsh has now left the club by mutual agreement. He was suspended, lost his place in the side and will now will be leaving the club.

Meanwhile Cowden are delighted that teenage centre-half Robbie Deas will play for Scotland 19s in two friendlies in Spain in February.

The 19s play Spain on Thursday 14th and Azerbaijan on Sunday 17th, in Pinator. It means that Robbie will not be available for the match with Annan Athletic on Saturday February 16.

Said director David Allan: "On this rather cold day we are pleased to offer a warm Central Park welcome to Aaron and hope he enjoys his stay with the club."
