Kelty Hearts 2,
Edinburgh University 2.
HEARTS were hit with a late goal to deny them the Lowland League win they craved last night.
They took on the Students looking to build on Saturday's win over BSC Glasgow and they made a good start to the match.
Chances were coming their way and from one of them Stuart Cargill gave them the lead.
However, University always looked dangerous and the slotted home a leveller.
Kelty started the second period well and had opportunities to take the lead and eventually Cargill struck again, his seventh strike in the last three games, and the hosts just needed to see out time.
However, the lively visitors struck again to leave Hearts on eight points from five games.
