TAKING a bow are the indoor success stories from Lochore Bowling Club.
Lochore B C held its semi final/final night for the conclusion of their carpet bowls season which has been highly successful.
After nearly six months of qualifying, Paul Murdoch, Marilyn McNulty, Peter Blackwood and Carole Mulligan were the top 4 with Paul winning the league.
In the first semi-final, Marilyn played Peter and after a closely fought game Peter came out on top.
In the second semi-final, Carole played Paul and Paul managed to scrape himself over the winning line but only just.
In a closely fought final, Paul came out the winner with some excellent bowls.
Paul was delighted with his win but admitted it was all very close.
The committee would like to thank everyone who took part and look forward to the coming outdoor season which is now upon us.
