THE new road layout outside Lidl and B&M, in Cowdenbeath, is nothing short of an idiotic planning fault!
I have seen one accident so far. I have written to the council to be told they await it being handed over to them THEN a safety audit.
I have been told Cowdenbeath Community Council share my concerns. Yet we are still left with this dangerous junction!
Fife Council don't seem to see the urgency of this nightmare!
