IF, as it would appear, the Victoria Hospital, in Kirkcaldy, is going to struggle to catch up with all cases they need to, as they begin to re-open for surgery cases following the Covid-19 outbreak, may I suggest something.
That is that Fife Health Board un-mothball the Queen Margaret Hospital, in Dunfermline, and get it back into operation and stop using it as just a glorified clinic.
