I WAS as just wondering if the sub contracting work done by C-Plan Group on behalf of Virgin Media is really essential work given that a telecoms network is already operational.
These contractors are providing new telecom ducts and I would surely deem this non necessary under the new coronavirus pandemic guidelines.
