I CAN remember when BRAG first started all these years ago with the likes of Willie Clarke and Joe Paterson doing a lot of guid work behind the scenes as councillors.

It did not take long before it was a place which saw a great deal of good things happening and a lot local folk have been able to get good jobs through what they have learned there.

I noticed a lot of the stories you had on your website about it and can I say I was very pleased to read about them.

What a real variety of organisations have the old primary school as their home these days and these are all doing well, it would seem. Everything from carpet fitters to tattooists!

Hopefully its record goes before it and BRAG has a long way to go.

The late Willie Clarke was very proud of BRAG all his years as a councillor and it is a real shame he did not see your articles on it telling about their success stories.

It would seem that they have some really devoted folk working down there and I would hope that this means that there will be another 30 years to come at least.

With a bit of luck you will keep posting good stories about it, I will like to read them. I might be a few miles away these days but I like keeping in touch with what is happening in Crosshill, Lochore, Ballingry and Glencraig.
