THE community spirit shown in the area in the run-up to Christmas was really quite inspiring.
From the slimmers in Lochore, who donated bags of items to the Benarty Food Bank, to the staff at the Moss-side Road store who went round the residential homes in Cowdenbeath, Lochgelly and surrounding villages, it was really superb.
