AFTER all is said and done, more is said than done, I refer to Westminster’s SNP MP, also First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, who are forever campaigning on behalf of the so-called ‘Scottish people’.
I would like to draw their attention to the two oil platform yards in Fife, at Bifab, which are currently lying idle with a large, very skilled workforce waiting at the gates eager to return to their work.
Trouble is a £2 billion contract to construct wind turbines is probably on its way to Indonesia. What makes this worse is a large number of these turbines are to be installed roughly 10 miles from one of the yards in the Firth of Forth. This is, in my opinion, a very sad reflection on behalf of the Scottish people.
