THAT story on the Times website about the static caravan being abandoned at the entrance to a field near Loch Gelly really takes the biscuit.
That is surely flytipping at its most cheeky and it is wrong.
The Gelly Loch is a lovely water feature and even having Mossmorran and the wind farm near it does not detract from its beauty. But this wrecked caravan does.
Surely the perpetrators could have taken it to a scrapyard.
UNHAPPY,
Lochgelly.
