THE new Wheelyboat at Lochore Meadows is going to be busy this summer I would bet.

The loch can be a super spot in good weather and last summer, when there was wall to wall sunshine for weeks, people were enjoying getting involved in activities on the loch.

But for wheelchair bound folks that was not really very possible but that will change this summer.

This new machine really is brilliant and when you add the special tricyle which can take older folk all around the park that is really making the park a place for everyone.

There will be loads of people wanting to take advantage of both the vehicles to enjoy the loch and the parkland itself.

So the management of the park and their staff deserve a lot of credit for these new ventures and as I said earlier it will be two really inclusive ideas.

The park is really getting better and better and I hope Mr Chalmers is successful with his plans to get some mining heritage artefacts into it. That could well complete the job.
