THE best part of £10,000 raised through the actions of brave local people.
That was the result of the Splash for Cash and Cowdenbeath Looney Dook events on New Year's day.
The funds go towards good local causes in Benarty and Cowdenbeath Gala Day and those who took part deserve the utmost praise.
