THE young mum you featured in last week's Times was spoke a lot of sense in her comments.

Like Marguerite Henderson, in Benarty, she had been hit by Sepsis without knowing and it was her mum that saved her illness becoming totally critical.

She was rightly shocked by the whole experience and the article was a good way of warning people that they should watch out for the possible arrival of Sepsis through illness.

Hopefully after having two such high profile cases in our area people won't think twice about getting in touch with their GP or the Vic if they feel very bad.

The two situations have made it clear that this infection is a killer and if people do not ensure that something is done to head it off it could be too late.

Sepsis is something which has to have been around for a very long time but maybe it killed people under another name, so take heed from the lassie's advice, if you are not well get advice quickly.

SOUND ADVICE,

Henderson Street,

Lochgelly.
