DOES the Cowdenbeath area still have a local MSP or has this post been cut as part of Tory austerity?
I ask this question because if we did have a local MSP I would expect them to be in your paper every week explaining what they are doing to ensure that the funding for a new Lochgelly Health Centre was going to be delivered.
From recollection the health centre project had support from all parties therefore when a decision on a new health centre is to be taken there should be no opposition?
So, what’s the delay? Everyone knows that this area suffers from some of the worst health inequalities of any Fife community, so having funding allocated to a new health centre should be an easy decision.
If there is a local MSP out there can they be kind enough to let us know when the new Lochgelly Health Centre will be complete? Thanks!
DRAKE,
Lochgelly.
