IT may have been described as a 'snap election' but the run-up to it certainly has not been short.
Campaigning for the General Election seems to have gone on for almost two months, but the big day is now only 24 hours away.
And the important thing is that you go out and cast your vote for the candidate of your choice.
There are many parts of the world where people do not get the opportunity to vote so you should not hold back, get to the polling stations and put your cross down beside the candidate you choose to support.
The Brexit issue has dominated the national campaign agenda and candidates have met questions on doorsteps about it, but a whole lot of local issues have been dominating things as well.
In Timesland we have three constituencies, Dunfermline and West Fife, covering Crossgates, Hill of Beath, and the Moss-side part of Cowdenbeath; Glenrothes and Central Fife, which includes Cardenden and Kinglassie; and Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath, which covers the rest of Cowdenbeath, Lochgelly, Kelty, Cardenden and Benarty.
In this week's issue we gave the candidates a chance to tell you why you should vote for them, on pages 16, 17 an 35 and next week we will carry a full examination of the results.
Meanwhile our online service will carry instant information on who will be the three new MPs as results are declared on Thursday night/Friday morning.
So use your democratic right and get out and vote tomorrow.
