The death of a man at Cardenden’s Pilgrims Way Avenue is being treated as “unexplained”.
Officers were alerted to the street yesterday afternoon, and have launched an investigation into the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.05pm on Thursday, August 13, police were called to a report of two men having taken unwell in Pilgrims Way Avenue, Cardenden.
“Emergency services attended and one man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The second man was taken to Victoria Hospital to be checked over and was later discharged.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.
“A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.”
