A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbance in Cardenden yesterday.

Police were called to an address in Carden Castle Park at around 10.30pm on Wednesday, August 12.

Emergency services attended and the man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident, as well as an alleged breach of bail.

He is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court today (Thursday, August 13).

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30pm on Wednesday, August 12, police received a report of a disturbance within an address in Carden Castle Park, Cardenden.

“Emergency services attended and a 21-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and a breach of bail.

“He is due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Thursday, August 13.”
