City Hotels Ltd, of Dunfermline, were granted permission to create four flats where the Junction Bar used to be back in March last year.
They have now submitted an application to amend the proposals with a request to omit a bicycle store and replace it with mounted hanging racks and rearrange the refuge bin store arrangements.
The agreed access path layout would also be altered while it is hoped a screen fence and gate can also be erected.
A planning statement for the original proposals had explained that one two-bedroom and three one-bedroom flats were to be created on the ground floor of the former Perth Road pub.
The first floor of the building already includes four flats which are rented out.
An existing garage/lock up was also to be demolished and pedestrian access arrangements improved.
