A BIG day out is set to come to Hill of Beath this weekend.
Organised by the community council, the family fun day will take place on Sunday, August 2 from 12am-5pm and will be opened by Lord Provost Jim Leishman.
Most parts of the event will be held in the field next to the community centre, but the tombola and baking competition will be inside.
There will be fun for all the family with adult and kids sports day events, including a tug of war competition, egg and spoon races, sack race and water race.
Kids will have the chance to play on the array of inflatables and have their faces painted.
Local vendors will be on site from opening, selling food and drinks.
The event is free at the point of entry.
