Driver sought by Police after Glenrothes crash

Police are on the lookout for a driver who left the scene of a crash in Glenrothes in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Officers were called to Kingdom Avenue at around 1.20am on June 21 following a report of a one-vehicle crash.

However, before they arrived, the driver and passenger had already left the scene.

A spokesperson said: “Around 1.20am on Sunday, 21 June, 2026, police received a report of a one-vehicle crash on Kingdom Avenue in Glenrothes.

“The driver and passenger of the vehicle left the scene prior to officers attending and enquiries are ongoing to trace them.”
