Drivers in Crossgates are being warned about a two‑week closure on Manse Road this summer to allow sewer works to be carried out safely.

Fife Council has made a temporary order prohibiting vehicles from July 1 to July 15, or until the works are finished.

Access for residents, emergency services and pedestrians will be maintained while the closure is in place.

The council says the restriction is needed so the sewer works can be completed in safety.

Anyone with questions about the order is asked to contact the Traffic Management, Roads & Transportation Service at Bankhead Central in Glenrothes or email traffic.management@fife.gov.uk.
