THERE will be an early morning Orange walk and temporary road closures in Benarty.

A Fife Council notice says it will take place on Saturday June 27 and begin at 8.30am.

It's been organised by Loyal Orange Lodge District 45 and will be their first of three marches in this part of Fife on the same day.

The procession will start from Manse Road in Glencraig - outside Ballingry Masonic Hall - and head north along the B920 Main Street through Crosshill and onto Lochleven Road in Lochore.

It will turn left onto Lochleven Gardens / Ballingry Road and make its way to Ballingry where it will finish at Kirkland Gardens around 9.15am.

A temporary rolling road closure will be in place.

Access for emergency services and pedestrians will be maintained.

On the same day the lodge will also be marching in Kelty, from 9.30am to 10.30am, and in Cowdenbeath from 6pm to 7pm.

It will be a busy weekend as Kelty Gala is also on June 27 while Benarty Gala is the following day.
