This summer, the Lochgelly Centre has a packed programme of entertainment - and there's something for everyone.

FILM: THE HAPPY LANDS: GENERAL STRIKE

This screening comes as 2026 marks 100 years since the UK General Strike of 1926. Set only seven years after the slaughter of the trenches, miners' unions led the country against savage austerity cuts handed to the nation by a Liberal-Conservative Government.
Inspired by true stories from local families from central Fife and other parts of the county's coal industry, the Happy Lands follows the journey of law-abiding citizens who become law-breakers in a heroic battle against the state.

Robertson Dance Academy’s Annual Dance School Show is set to bring over 200 dancers from 18 months old to 18 years old, as they perform to blockbuster movie soundtracks incorporating ballet, modern jazz, highland dancing, tap, lyrical and contemporary, musical theatre, acro, and commercial street dance.

LADAMA brings Back to the 80s, which tells the story of the senior class of William Ocean High School that graduated in 1985, as remembered and seen through the eyes of Corey Palmer. With high-energy dance routines, an 80’s party scene, copious amounts of blue eye shadow, as well as some of the most popular songs ever written, the result is a musical that will delight and amuse an audience of all ages each night.
JULY
THEATRE: LEGENDS OF THE 60s SHOW

The multi-award-winning all-star cast of musicians and singers, Stephen, Raymond and Chris return for the Legends of the 60’s Show. Tributes to icons like Elvis, The Beatles, The Monkeys, The Rolling Stones, Roy Orbison, Tom Jones, Cliff Richard, The Beach Boys and the Drifters, will be brought to modern audiences, all in one night.
AUGUST
THEATRE: THE RAT PACK
