A smash-hit 70s musical comedy is coming to Lochgelly this weekend when The Provy Wummin takes to the stage.
The Provy Wummin will be performed on Saturday at 7.30pm with tickets priced £25 or £22 each for groups of 10 or more..
Set in 1979, the show follows Oor Margaret, a Provident woman dishing out “wee loans” to help families make ends meet, as she lifts the lid on life behind closed doors, from money worries to marital strife and post-payday shenanigans after a few sherries, all set to a soundtrack of big 70s hits.
Billed as “Still Game meets the First Wives Club”, the production has been hailed as “utterly hilarious” with “superb vocals” and a “cracking girls’ night” by venues across Scotland.
Tickets for the Lochgelly Centre show can be purchased via the What's On Fife website.
