Lochgelly High School is inviting senior citizens in the community to a special, "highly enjoyable" Easter afternoon of food and music next month.
The school will host its annual Senior Citizens’ Treat on Wednesday, April 1, from 2pm to 3.30pm.
A spokesperson said: "Those fortunate enough to attend will be served with seasonal fare by the school and will be entertained by the school’s Music Department.
"The musical entertainment will include contributions from our Pipe Band, Wind Band, Steel Band and soloists. This promises to be a highly enjoyable afternoon.
"The numbers in attendance will have to be limited to a maximum of 120. Tickets will be made available, totally free of charge, to all senior citizens in the area, but on a first come, first served advanced booking basis only.
"If you want to be one of the lucky 120 attending, please telephone the school (01592-583406) and leave a note of your name, address and ticket requirements. Tickets will then be posted out.
"But remember – don’t delay – tickets are limited!"
