Fife Council have announced plans to introduce new traffic calming measures in Ballingry.
Under the proposals, road humps in the form of speed cushions and a raised table would be installed at two locations:
- Navitie Park (east): Speed cushions measuring 3m x 75mm, approximately 55 metres north of the extended north kerbline of Hill Road.
- Hill Road: A raised table measuring 20m x 100mm, approximately 28 metres east of the extended east kerbline of Craigie Street.
The traffic calming features are being introduced to reduce vehicle speeds and enhance safety.
Residents and stakeholders have until February 12 to submit objections or comments. Objections must state the grounds for objection and include the objector’s name and address.

Fife Council says the proposed changes are part of ongoing efforts to make local roads safer for all users, particularly in residential areas where speeding has been a concern.
