A haulage company has applied to operate from a former railway yard.
James Moore Haulage & Construction, based in Halbeath, has submitted a request to use the Old Railway Goods Yard in Crossgates as an operating centre.
The company is seeking permission to station two goods vehicles and one trailer at the site.
Anyone who owns or occupies land or buildings near the proposed operating centre and believes their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected can submit a written representation to the Traffic Commissioner.
Submissions, stating their reasons, must be sent by December 4 to: Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE.
A copy of the representation must also be sent to the applicant at 119 Fod Street, Halbeath, KY11 8EN.
