- Storm Floris is on the way with the Met Office issuing an amber weather warning with wind gusts up to 90mph forecast to batter Scotland today. A 'danger to life' alert is in place and the worst of the weather - the warning is in place from 10am to 10pm - is expected to hit Fife later today.
