Crossgates Primary School fun run raises over £3,000

The event, held at Crossgates Primary School in Fife, saw more than 240 runners take part in a colour powder fun run, which covered participants in bright powder as they made their way through the course.

The fundraiser was organised by the Crossgates Primary School Family Forum with support from teachers, school staff, the wider community, and pupils.

"The combined effort from our Family Forum and staff team was exceptional and made for a well organised, fun and successful fundraiser which really reflected the heart of our school community.

"The joy on the children's faces said it all!"

The school’s annual summer fayre raffle offered a range of prizes donated by local businesses.

Funds raised will support the regeneration of the school playground.
