A WELLWOOD man has been found guilty of assaulting two young children, aged just one and four.
Stuart Gordon, 36, of Burt Street, was convicted of a series of offences following a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
On 24th August 2020 at Hillview Place, Crossgates, he assaulted a girl, then aged four. He seized her by the body and pulled her off a bed, causing her to strike her head, all to her injury.
On various occasions between 1st July 2019 and 31st May 2022, at Hillview Place and elsewhere, he engaged in abusive behaviour towards three females.
He acted aggressively, shouted, swore and made offensive comments towards them. He locked one of them outside her home and also made her shower with the bathroom window open.
On various occasions between 1st June and 31st August 2020 at Hillview Place, he repeatedly directed sexual communications towards a girl then aged 16 without her consent.
He made inappropriate remarks about a parcel she received and about her clothing.
Between 30th March and 3rd April 2022, at Main Street and Hillview Place, Crossgates, he acted in an aggressive manner, shouted, swore, made offensive remarks and an offensive gesture.
Between 1st April and 31st May 2022 at Hillview Place, he assaulted a boy, then aged one year, by striking him to the body.
On 18th June 2021, at Hillview Place, he acted aggressively, shouted, swore and made offensive remarks towards a male.
Sentencing was deferred for reports and Gordon will return to court on 9th October.
