A POLICE chase took place after a driver failed to stop in the Cowdenbeath area.
Fife's Road Policing Unit were involved in a "short pursuit" at the weekend after a motorist driving a blue BMW vehicle - which was not insured - failed to stop.
Officers were able to trace and then seize the vehicle on Saturday night.
Commenting on the incident, Road Policing Scotland said on X: "Another driver failed to stop for Fife Road Policing, this time in the Cowdenbeath area.
"The vehicle was showing as having no insurance.
"After a short pursuit the vehicle was traced and seized.
"The driver will have to give us a visit should they wish their vehicle returned to them."
