A LOCHGELLY man was more than three times over the legal limit when he drove a van over the Queensferry Crossing.
Ashley Lyon, 33, of Boyd Place, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 30th May on the Queensferry Crossing he drove a van having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.
Sentencing was deferred for reports until 17th July and an interim disqualification imposed.
