A Lochore man ignored a driving ban then failed do a breath test.
Thomas Torrance, 35, of New Flockhouse, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on June 16 in New Flockhouse, he drove a car when disqualified and without insurance.
He also refused to identify the driver of his car to police following an incident in New Flockhouse at 6.30pm that night.
Then, at Dunfermline police station, he failed to provide breath specimens to ascertain his level of alcohol.
Sheriff Susan Duff imposed a community payback order with 216 hours of unpaid work and 12 months of supervision. Torrance was also banned from driving for three years.
