A woman obtained beauty services, including eyebrow waxing and nose piercing, with no intention of paying.
On a later date, Danielle Saysell, also ‘bumped’ a taxi, after running up a fare of £42.
Danielle Saysell, 28, formerly of Lochgelly, now of Balgonie Street, Thornton, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for offences committed more than three years ago.
She admitted that on July 28, 2020 at Bodyglo, Main Street, Lochgelly, she pretended to employees that she would pay for beauty treatments without intending to pay and obtained services worth £71 by fraud.
She also admitted that on October 9, 2020 she hired a taxi from Lochgelly to Dunfermline and then back to Paul Street, Lochgelly, without paying and intending not to pay the fare of £42.
Depute fiscal Catherine Stevenson said the beauty services obtained included eyebrow waxing and nose piercing.
Saysell was fined £200 and ordered to pay compensation for the amounts involved.
