DUE to significant clinical staff absences, Cowdenbeath Medical Practice has changed its appointment booking system.
As of last week, appointments must now be booked on calling the practice at 8am on the day that you are able to attend.
Informing patients of this change via Social Media, Cowdenbeath Medical Practice posted: "We understand that this is frustrating, however we ask that you bear with us during this time.
"Our reception team are doing their best to answer your calls, support and signpost you to the most appropriate service for your needs."
Appointments will continue to be booked in this way until the practice is again in a position where they can offer advanced appointments.
