COWDENBEATH'S High Street was sealed off last night as enquiries continue into December's fatal crash.
The road was closed off in connection with the crash, which involved a red Ford Fiesta and a pedestrian, and happened on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at around 10.35pm.
The pedestrian, a 35-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland said that enquiries remain ongoing.
Road Policing Sergeant Colin Morrison said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of this incident. We are appealing to anyone who was in the area and saw what happened, or anyone who has dashcam footage, to please get in touch."
Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3931 of 20 December.
