A Cowdenbeath man ran off from police in his bare feet and then resisted when he was being searched.
Andrew Watson, 45, of Tulloch Court, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 9 at Tulloch Court, he resisted a police officer by twisting his body and attempting to pull away in an effort to prevent being searched.
Depute fiscal Amy Robertson said: “At around 9pm the police were called to an on-going disturbance.
“The accused was seen through a window and he ran away. They chased him and he was caught. He didn’t have any socks or shoes on.
“He was being searched and kept twisting his body and pulling away. He was put on the ground then taken to Dunfermline police station.”
Sheriff Francis Gill deferred sentence until May 8 for Watson to be of good behaviour.
