A Cowdenbeath man, who repeatedly made unwanted contact with his former partner and ignored bail conditions, has been jailed.
Joe Arnott, 34, of Allan Park, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on repeated occasions between August 26 and September 4, at an address in Dunfermline, and elsewhere, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards his former partner by repeatedly making unwanted contact with phone calls and text messages.
He also admitted that he breached bail conditions by repeatedly contacting his former partner by text messages and on her mobile phone between October 14 and 16.
He denied a charge that he breached bail conditions repeatedly between August 26 and 30 when he was not at his bail address at the required times, but was found guilty after trial.
Sheriff Charles Macnair jailed Arnott for 15 months.
