A 32-year-old man deliberately set fire to a car, causing damage to the vehicle and to the house where it was parked.
Darren Reape, previously of Fife but now living at Drumshoreland Road, Pumpherston, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on April 15 last year at an address in Lochgelly, he sent a text message to a man in which he threatened him with violence.
He also admitted that on June 1 last year at an address in Crosshill, he wilfully set fire to a car, damaging it and also causing damage to windows and doors of the house where it was parked.
Sheriff Charles Lugton called for reports and Reape will be sentenced on November 23.
