A MAN has died following a hit and run in Cowdenbeath.
Police are appealing for information after the incident which took place at around 8.30pm last night (Thursday).
The man was crossing the road when he was struck by a grey coloured Audi which did not stop and drove off in the direction of Perth Road.

Emergency services attended and the 46 year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for several hours as collision investigators conducted enquiries at the location.
Detective Inspector Kieran Marsh said: “Enquiries are ongoing to locate the car and whoever was driving it.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and has any information or dash camera footage to contact police.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 3653 of 14 September, 2023, or via crime stoppers on 0800 555 111.
