A PERSON was taken to hospital after a crash in West Fife.
The incident involved two vehicles and took place on the B914 between Kelty and Steelend.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.10pm on Sunday, August 27, police were called to a two vehicle road crash on the B914, near Dunfermline and officers attended."
The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that one patient was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.
It dispatched one ambulance and a specialist response team.
A spokesperson said: "We received a call at 18:11 on Sunday, August 27, to attend a road traffic collision on the B914.
"We dispatched one ambulance and a special operations response team (SORT) to the scene.
"One patient was transported to Kirkcaldy Victoria Hospital."
