RUNNERS in Cowdenbeath have given a welcome boost to Andy's Man Club in the town.
Over 40 members of JogCowdenbeath took part in a 10K event and decided to run, jog or walk the distance at Lochore Meadows earlier this month.
Participants each paid a donation to take part and the money was later handed over to representatives from the charity.
To celebrate completing the feat, the JogCowdenbeath members enjoyed a picnic after crossing the finish line.
