CENTRAL Fife organisations are being invited to apply for funding for projects aimed at helping the local community.
Four Winds SCIO is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation which has been established to disburse community funding received from the Little Raith Wind Farm to support projects in Auchtertool, Lochgelly, Cowdenbeath and Lumphinnans.
The next application deadline for funding is Monday, August 28 at 5pm and community projects or local groups with constitutions are invited to apply.
There is no minimum or maximum funding amount. Applicants require to have a constitution or set of rules for their group, a bank account in the name of the group and a set of published accounts or a recent bank statement if you are within your first year of operation.
